ClearPath Residential provides housing only. We do not offer medical or non medical care, medication oversight, or meals. Residents who would like care at home are warmly welcome to connect with ClearPath Cares.

Referral and community partners

We work with case managers, county and community professionals, hospital and discharge teams, veteran organizations and housing programs. Our homes are accepting placements now.

Property owners

We lease quality homes long term with professional management, a dedicated house manager, regular property checks and ongoing care.
